Since the Napster has firstly used p2p networking to share audio files in 1999[1], people started to recognize the convenience of this technology. Along with two decades of development, the applications of the p2p networking to daily lives has had an increased popularization. Especially, the p2p networking has been favoured by lots of corporations and institutions.
However, there are still non-negligible limitations of the p2p networking. For example, if there are many hosts in the network, the p2p networking would be unable to run efficiently as expected. The divisions of resources could become chaotic and uncontrolled. Therefore, an effective management tool for p2p networking is necessary.
